Co-Founder

Ronald Carlson co-founded Carlson Properties, LLC with a passion for helping people reach their full potential and creating quality housing opportunities. With over 16 years of experience in leadership and project management within higher education and career and technical education, Ronald brings a strong foundation in operations, organization, and service.

In addition to his work in education, Ronald is actively involved in real estate, assisting buyers and sellers in finding the right properties for their needs and managing a growing portfolio of high-quality, affordable single-family homes through Carlson Properties. He is committed to maintaining well-run properties and fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners.

Shanice Carlson

Co-Founder & Managing Member

Shanice Carlson is the co-founder and managing member of Carlson Properties, LLC, where she leads strategic planning and oversees the long-term direction of the company. Since co-founding the business in December 2019, Shanice has focused on building a portfolio of well-maintained single-family rental homes while ensuring the company operates with professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

With a strong background in accounting, advisory services, and nonprofit financial management, Shanice brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate operations. She is committed to creating sustainable growth for Carlson Properties while supporting positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and community partner

Mary Barr

Property Manager

Mary serves as the Property Manager for Carlson Properties, LLC and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company. She works closely with tenants, vendors, and the ownership team to ensure properties are well-maintained and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

With a strong focus on communication, organization, and tenant support, Mary helps create a positive rental experience by coordinating maintenance requests, managing property details, and ensuring smooth operations across the portfolio. She is committed to providing reliable service and supporting the high standards Carlson Properties sets for its homes.
